Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using LockedIn ("the Service"), a product of Murph ("we", "us", "our"), available at linkedin.bymurph.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2. Description of Service

LockedIn is an AI-powered LinkedIn growth platform for B2B sales teams, built and operated by Murph (bymurph.com). The Service includes:

  • AI-assisted LinkedIn post generation and publishing (powered through OpenRouter-backed AI models)
  • Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) monitoring and engagement signals
  • Team amplification and auto-reposting coordination
  • LinkedIn profile auditing and optimization
  • Performance analytics and engagement tracking
  • LinkedIn API access via Unipile
  • Data storage and authentication via Supabase
  • Payment processing via Stripe

3. Accounts and Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
  • One person or organization may not maintain more than one free account.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Organizations and Teams

LockedIn uses a multi-tenant, organization-based model. When you create or join an organization:

  • Organization admins can invite members, manage settings, and access billing.
  • All data within an organization is shared among its members according to their role permissions.
  • Organization admins are responsible for ensuring all members comply with these terms.
  • Removing a member from an organization revokes their access to organization data.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

5.1 Plans and Pricing

LockedIn offers the following paid subscription plans:

  • Starter: $49/seat/month
  • Pro: $89/seat/month
  • Enterprise: $249/seat/month (or custom pricing)

Features and seat limits vary by plan and are displayed on our pricing page. Pricing may change with 30 days' notice.

5.2 Payment

  • Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly recurring basis.
  • Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store payment card details on our servers.
  • You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred.

5.3 Free Trial

New workspaces may receive a 7-day free trial after onboarding. When the trial expires, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the Service.

5.4 Cancellation and Refunds

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing settings or Stripe customer portal.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • No prorated refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
  • We may offer refunds at our sole discretion for extenuating circumstances.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate LinkedIn's Terms of Service, User Agreement, or Professional Community Policies
  • Send spam, unsolicited messages, or engage in abusive outreach practices
  • Scrape, harvest, or collect LinkedIn data beyond what the Service provides
  • Impersonate other individuals or organizations
  • Generate content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, or misleading
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' data
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without our written consent
  • Use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its operation
  • Exceed reasonable usage limits or abuse API rate limits

7. AI-Generated Content

LockedIn uses OpenRouter-backed AI models to generate LinkedIn post drafts, profile suggestions, and other content. By using these features, you understand and agree that:

  • AI-generated content is provided as suggestions only. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all content before publishing to LinkedIn.
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, originality, or appropriateness of AI-generated content.
  • AI outputs may occasionally produce content that is incorrect, incomplete, or unsuitable for your audience. Always review before publishing.
  • You retain ownership of content you create and publish through the Service.
  • We may use anonymized, aggregated usage patterns to improve the Service, but we do not use your content to train AI models.

8. LinkedIn Integration and Third-Party Services

The Service connects to LinkedIn via Unipile and may integrate with other third-party platforms. When using integrations:

  • You are responsible for complying with LinkedIn's and each third-party's terms of service.
  • We access your LinkedIn profile data, post content, and analytics metrics to provide the Service.
  • We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of third-party services.
  • Changes to LinkedIn's API or policies may affect Service functionality, and we are not liable for such changes.
  • You may disconnect integrations at any time through the settings page.

9. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.

  • We store user LinkedIn profile data, post content, and analytics metrics using Supabase.
  • You retain ownership of your data. We do not claim ownership of content you create.
  • You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service.
  • We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data.
  • Upon account deletion, we will delete your data within 30 days, except as required by law.

10. Intellectual Property

  • The Service, including its design, code, features, and documentation, is owned by Murph and protected by intellectual property laws.
  • You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.
  • The LockedIn name, logo, and branding are trademarks of Murph.
  • You retain all rights to your own content and data.

11. Service Availability

  • We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
  • We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability.
  • We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party services (LinkedIn, Unipile, Stripe, Supabase, OpenRouter, model providers, etc.).
  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service with reasonable notice.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
  • WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
  • WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
  • OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
  • WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENCES ARISING FROM CONTENT YOU PUBLISH ON LINKEDIN OR OTHER PLATFORMS USING THE SERVICE.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Murph, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Content you create, publish, or distribute through the Service
  • Your violation of these terms or any applicable law
  • Your violation of any third-party rights

14. Termination

  • You may terminate your account at any time through account settings or by contacting us.
  • We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms, with or without notice.
  • Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
  • We will delete your data within 30 days of account termination, except as required by law.
  • Sections relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law survive termination.

15. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Norway, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in Norway.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
